2. Description of Service

Tatvox provides a free, browser-based tool that allows users to resize and compress photographs and signature images to specifications required by Indian government examination portals. The Service operates entirely within the user's browser — no images are transmitted to or stored on any Tatvox server.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use Tatvox only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to process images that violate any applicable law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or copy the Service
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service in a manner that could degrade its performance for other users
• Misrepresent the processed images to any government authority for fraudulent purposes

4. Accuracy Disclaimer

Tatvox resizes images based on the preset specifications for common Indian government exams. While we make every effort to keep these specifications accurate and up to date, government exam portals may change their requirements at any time without notice.

It is your responsibility to verify the photo and signature requirements in the official examination notification before submitting your application. Tatvox is a tool to assist you — it does not guarantee that the output will be accepted by any specific exam portal.

5. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tatvox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or rejection of your government exam application, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Tatvox name, logo, and all content on this website — including text, graphics, and code — are the intellectual property of Tatvox and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

The images you process using Tatvox remain your own property. Tatvox claims no ownership over any photos or signatures you upload to the tool.

8. Third-Party Services

Tatvox displays advertisements via Google AdSense. These advertisements are served by Google and are subject to Google's own terms of service and privacy policies. Tatvox is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or the policies of third-party websites linked from those advertisements.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
