About Tatvox
Free photo resizer for Indian government exams — built for students, by a student.
What is Tatvox?
Tatvox Form-Ready is a free browser tool that resizes and compresses passport photos and signature images to the exact specifications required by Indian government exam portals — SSC CGL, UPSC CSE, RRB NTPC, IBPS, SBI, and all major State PSC exams.
Every year, thousands of government exam applications get rejected not because the candidate was unqualified, but because their photo or signature file did not match the portal's size requirements. Tatvox eliminates that problem entirely — for free.
How it works
You select your exam type from the dropdown, upload your photo, and Tatvox automatically crops it to the correct pixel dimensions and compresses it to within the required kilobyte range using the HTML5 Canvas API. The entire process happens inside your browser — nothing is sent to any server.
We use a binary-search compression algorithm on JPEG quality settings to hit the target file size as precisely as possible. When the image is drawn onto the Canvas, all EXIF metadata — including GPS location, device model, and timestamps embedded by your camera — is automatically stripped.

Privacy commitment
Tatvox does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Your photo is processed entirely within your device using JavaScript — it never reaches our servers because we do not have any image processing servers. When you close the browser tab, there is no record of your visit beyond standard web server access logs (which do not include your image).
