Tatvox ("we", "us", "our") operates the website tatvox.com — a free browser-based photo and signature resizing tool for Indian government exam applicants. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

By using Tatvox, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2a. Photos and images

We do not collect, store, or transmit your photos.All image processing on Tatvox is performed entirely within your browser using the HTML5 Canvas API. Your photo is never sent to any server operated by Tatvox or any third party as part of the resizing process. When you close or reload the page, the image data is permanently discarded from your browser's memory.

2b. Usage data

We may collect standard web server access logs, which include your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and the pages you visited. This data is used solely for security monitoring and aggregate traffic analysis. We do not link access logs to your identity.

2c. Cookies

Tatvox itself does not set cookies for its own functionality. However, our advertising partner Google AdSense sets cookies on your device to serve relevant advertisements. See Section 4 for full details.

3. How We Use Information

The limited information we collect is used only to:

• Maintain and improve the security of the website
• Understand aggregate usage patterns (e.g., which pages are most visited)
• Respond to enquiries sent via our Contact page
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

4. Google AdSense and Third-Party Advertising

Tatvox displays advertisements served by Google AdSense, a third-party advertising service operated by Google LLC. To display relevant advertisements to users, Google AdSense uses cookies and web beacons to collect certain information automatically when you visit our site.

Google's advertising system, including the DoubleClick DART cookie, may collect data such as:

5. Data Security

Because Tatvox processes images entirely in your browser and does not receive your photos on any server, there is no risk of your image being intercepted, stored, or leaked through our service. We implement standard HTTPS encryption on all pages to protect data in transit.

6. Children's Privacy

Tatvox is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. India Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) 2023

In compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, we confirm that:

• We do not process your personal data (photos/images) as they never leave your device
• Any email address you voluntarily provide via the Contact page is used only to respond to your query and is not shared with third parties
• You may request deletion of any personal data you have submitted to us by emailing us at the address in Section 9

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of Tatvox after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
