My photo is getting rejected on the exam portal.

Ensure you selected the correct preset for your exam. Check the green badge — it confirms the file is within the required KB range. Also verify your background is white and the photo is a recent passport-style image.

My exam is not in the preset list.

Use the Custom Size option — enter the width, height (in cm), min KB, and max KB from your exam notification PDF. Or email us and we will add a dedicated preset.

Is my photo stored anywhere?

No. Everything runs in your browser. We have no servers that receive your image. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
